Postage:

• All orders are sent via Australia Post
• Postage / handling costs are $5 per complete order
• We will endevour to post you order as soon as possible after payment but please allow up to 10 days for arrival of your photo/s

Product Return Policy:

We are so confident with the quality of our prints that if for any reason you are not satisfied with a order, we will refund 100% of your order Please contact us prior to returning any orders and we will give you return instructions.

Digital Files:

The digital files have a resolution of 300dpi and are saved as high quality 5×7” .jpg files. They are emailed to you normally within 24 hours after the order has been processed. If the image has not arrived within this time, please contact us.
